Thanks for all the birthday wishes!!!!!!

It's funny how everyone wants to take you out to eat for your birthday! I love it though! I went out to eat last week more times than I have in the last month! I got to spread it out because the people that love me don't love each other...so I got a seperate dinner from my mom, my dad, my roomie, and a home cooked dinner from my sister and nephew. Ha-ha. Oh--and I almost forgot, my good friend the Mountain Man still wants to take me out. Cool deal.

This week I have baby-sitting duty. I don't mind, I love my little nephew! He is my little man! It's so cute...whenever he refers to me he says.."My Melissa" not "Aunt Melissa." We always have fun together. Last week we made race cars out of Playdoh. Maybe this week we can do something with sculpy clay, that way he can keep what he makes.
And in addition to babysitting my nephew I am going to take care of my Grandma after she has eye surgery. She has Parkinsons and needs help getting around anyway. I don't know how much I will be able to help with my back injury, but I'll hang out with her.

I've been thinking about getting a chest piece. The image I have in my head of the tattoo would be beautiful...it's just me being able to convey this to the tattoo artist. I generally paint abstract images, and I'm not great with realistic images unless it's in charcoal. Hmmm... I need to go have the rest of my half sleeve done as well. confused

Kisses!!

Thanks! I made my first attempts at candlemaking about 10 years ago... I didn't know what I was doing and most of them were fire hazards hehehe. I started collecting a few molds, and every year around the holidays I'd make a couple dozen to give out as gifts. Then last year I discovered soy wax and fell deeply in love. It's such an amazing difference in so many ways! So last year I processed somewhere around 100 pounds of wax... and in the next 3 or 4 months I really hope to get going!

Cute dog btw wink
