It's so hard to say. I've been thinking all day long about what it could be, but I really have no idea. I tried two different foods yesterday at work that I hadn't tried before. That's possible. As far as environmental exposures I have no clue.

Thanks for your help. As of right now it's a big mystery. I'm going to make an appointment with an allergist and see if he can be of any help. It's hard to figure out what it might be because I've never had food allergies before.
