Well lesse....

Myself and two of my brothers made it home last weekend to visit with the mom and the step dad down in Springfield. It was some kind of little festival going on and therefore was a great excuse to go home and spend some quality time with some of the family. Missed Giles and Marianne, but had them in our thoughts and hearts. Got to eat some great mom-food. Mom-food RULEZ ! ! !

Yesterday Mariannes daughter underwent 9 hrs of surgery for her kidney stones. They're Cystine Stones, and are apparently monsters to get out. Cystine stones are rare and I just think that its even worse when its a 6 y/o kiddo thats gotta cope. frown

Anyway... she resting and doing well.

Hope the little one is recovering from the kidney stones. This guy I work with had those a few weeks ago and had to be escorted out of our job in the ambulance. I wasn't there, but I heard it was a really scary experience for all involved.

I despise moving, but after this is over I won't have to move again for a long time.

I kept the toast pretty simple. I picked out a quote I really liked and then talked a bit about my friend Victoria and how happy I was for her and then said congratulations.
