Just got back from Alrosa Villa. Its the first time I've been there since the shooting. I saw a hell of a show put on by Hed P.E. and was also fairly impressed by the hardcore act that came on before them. All I can say is....after some of the pits I've seen, I have no fear when it comes to this shit here in Columbus. Did a fairly good job of holding my own front and center, despite the hulk motherfuckers that thought they could shove me out of the way. I hope their ribs feel good tommorow. Wonder if the cuts on their chins will leave any scars. I'm just a little tattered is all. Nothing but a few scratches and bruises. I did have to take off my shirt and wrap it around my left hand as I think I still have glass embedded in it from my auto accident. I can feel the bump under the scar that is solid and unmoving, and feels like its cutting the inside of my flesh everytime I press on it. I should probably have a surgeon cut it open and remove the glass chunk that I'm sure is just under the surface. Until then...it'll be a solid lump just above my left wrist.
Managed to get my dryer all the way upstairs to the dryer hook-up on the 2nd floor. What a sonofabitch. The thing is from the early 80's and built like a nuclear fallout shelter. Needless to say...its not light. I thought I was about to drop it and let it tumble all the way down through the closet waiting at the bottom of the steps. I got it all the way upstairs to find that the plug won't fit the outlet.
Now I suppose I have to go get a converter. The quest for clean laundry continues....
Laundromats suck.
