Wow. I went entirely too long w/o an update, and the last update was a little shoddy to boot. Gots my ass back online after a brief hiatus due to my roommate moving out and disabling the network. All it really took was some motivation on my part....its just that I haven't had much of that lately. This winter had made me a bit of a salty dog. Wintertime is to me like the equivalent of living in a TV set to pure static. Regardless, I'm feeling pretty fucking decent today as I managed to get a good night's sleep last night and wound up getting promoted at my job. It's sort of weird as I've been somewhat worried I might get canned due to lack of attendence and here it is I get a better position, an immediate pay raise, and I get several weeks off the phone so I don't have to deal w/any customers. It also worked out pretty nice as when I go in for surgery on Friday and am out of the office for a few weeks, I'll come back to a better job. Talk about a little stress off my back. Other than that.....money's sort of tight right now......time to get working on my tax refund. I'll be happy when I find out how much of a raise I get.

Sorry if I haven't been responding to anyone as of late. I've been all couped up dealing w/this bullshit tonsilitis and not really doing much. I suppose once I'm done w/surgery I'll have plenty of time to spend here at home toying around online....I might not be very conscious what w/all the meds I'll be on...but I'll be here. I think I'll use my time off to finish up some artwork thats needed to be completed for about 6 months now. I'd say some of the coolest things I've done recently are in the pics that I have yet to finish. I've got a couple digital pieces that I need to print off and draw some stuff over them by hand in order to piece together elements of the picture- my drawing tablet just won't do the job. I also have a Mustang trunklid all sanded down, primed, and ready to airbrush that I've been meaning to put a mural on. The only problem is that I've been meaning to do that for about 5 years now....auto paint is pretty fucking toxic....and expensive....But I need to buckle down and just fucking get on w/it. I think this spring would be a good time to do that...now that I've got a garage and all that.

Suppose I'm gonna go proceed to wake up and get on w/my weekend. Maybe I'll have some interesting stories of intoxication to tell by the end of it.
