even though it's not spring, and the weather isn't resembling spring in any remote way, i'm in a spring mindset. i love it! i always forget how much winter drains me. this past week has been so much fun with my renewed energy!
i spent the night at my best friend's school apartment last night. it was a blast. i don't realize how much i miss her now that we don't live next door to each other. good times though. we spent 2 hrs trying to decide what to do, then ended up going to steak and shake where we ate ourselves sick. i ran into an old friend, which was totally random b/c we were in the middle of nowhere and as often as i'm in our old neighborhood, i never see her there. after food, we showed up at a party and just sat around laughing at the drunks. i think it was a successfully enjoyable evening. (and i got my library books from her, which was the purpose of my trip
