so sunday i was talking outside to my dad, and this kitty comes out of the bushes. it was meowing up a storm and just rubbin up on us. we live in an apartment, and our neighbor opened the door to talk to us. the cat jetted for the door, and then wouldnt move from in front of the door! you could tell it wasn't an alley cat, and it was young too. so we went aorund back to get in the apartment b/c the cat wouldnt move. monday night, the cat was still there, so i brought it some milk, but it didnt drink it. tuesday morning, still there. by then, it was quite talk of the apartment building.

now i haven't seen it since tuesday morning, and i dont know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. either someone took it in or animal control got it (in which case it will probably die soon, since the city puts down 2/3 of the animals it picks up); or else it died from the cold, rain, and hunger. i don't think it moved to a different area, b/c it would not leave our bushes. so now i'm sad and can only wish the best for kitty (or F.O. as our neighbor called it- i have no idea why).
