...........and went well the jam did!! even matthew was ready and able to tear himself away from heavy house work to join me in meeting these fine gentlemen(thanks erin smile ) jeff, luke, and jerry were a blast to rock with and everything we busted out with was effortless. i'm talking straight improv that quickly developed into recognizable riffs and bridges. most of it sounded fun and upbeat but in a way that it didn't sacrifice any of it's quirky herky jerkyness or bizarre post-punk arrangements, which is what i'm looking for band wise. jerry still has his door-spring guitar from

the youngster just woke up in need of alot of TLC. we took him to a soup and salad buffet place with my mom and had him try some new foods from the salad bar. unfortunately it has upset his tum tum so i have to calm him down a bit when he wakes up from what i would think would be indigestion related baby nightmares frown

his crust days and played it to fine rhythmic effect. if i had to be all lazy rock journalist about it(and i will cause it's late and i wanna go to bed) i would say alot of the stuff we whipped out was a mash up of sonic youth/

wow, the kid is really hurting. i've got to carry him around for about 5-10 minutes to relax him and then try to set him back in the crib hoping he'll sleep more than just a couple minutes. i hope we'll all get some sleep tonight......
