I'm too used to writing all my thoughts into my livejournal and then just letting them go. It is hard to have something to say here too. Well, this time SG has priority. When I see a blank space, I've gotta fill it.
Well, my weekend has been less than fantastic. Portia (my oldest dog) isn't feeling very well. She hasn't been eating much and even then she can't seem to keep it down. I'm more than a little worried about her. Yesterday we had no fewer than 4 hornets in the house. We're still not sure how they got in, but one we managed to get to fly outside and the other 3 decided to hang around the kitchen. Of course, we were out of bug spray so we ran to Meijer to pick some up. I felt like one of those quests in fantasy game. "Thou shall go to the neighboring lands and find the weapon to smite the beasts that plague your home." So we got the bug spray, I deftly took care of all three and the hornet threat was no more.
I must say, SG is definately finding a place in my heart (or at least my pants). I still have to try out the groups some more, but it looks like they might be pretty fun if I immersed myself in them.
