Not gonna lie ladies and gents I don't really have an idea of James Charles, who or what he is or why he's famous. But internet is blowing up about him trying to prey on other dudes and I just wanted to say one thing; fuck em.
Haha no I joke. Fuck that guy. Right now it sorta feels like anywhere you look online right now, men are being shit on for every-fucking-thing. Doesn't matter who or how you try to be as a person, dicks are the new Nickelback right now it seems.
So it feels fucking amazing to see all these women standing so firmly saying what the fuck? I'm getting so used to male-disparaging being shrugged off as joking/venting/meaningless humour but so much of it is just laced with perpetuated misinformed hatreds, so again a brief moment of respite from that culture to see these women see clearly through the fog of "social movements" is just thoroughly appreciated.
Closing thoughts, I feel like such a wuss to write about these jokes as if I am so hurt by them. Honestly it's only been a year or two of some mostly shitty jokes and it absolutely does not compare by any means to the oppression suffered by any other demographic. So no that's not where my issues lie. My true issue is that it further prevents our unity as a society, distracting us with yet another needlessly stupid social war between pocket-demographics.
