Ok, you guys know that I took my vacation, right...
guess what, I went back to work on wednesday....
and my boss gave me an earful of crap.. I shouldn't take the vacation, we have no enough people... I don't care about the restaurant.... blah blah blah..
It was my last year vacation and I only took 1 week (I earned 2 weeks).... on this coming August I get another 2 weeks...... can you believe that???
and the GM said yes to my vacation.
Anyway he punished me and demoted (if that what you call that) me to another location and have to work under some people. according to him.. I'm a good chef 'But a really bad leader and give a bad example...... fuck him
so it was..... either being punished or leave.... he gave me 1 day to think about it.
So I went to talk to another guy about job.... this guy been wanting me to work for him for a long time... and we had a deal
......
I'll start on Monday.... and I be no 2 chef in his new luxurious restaurant (sushi and Japanese fushion).
it's not the position, money or location.
I just feel there is no future for me to continue to work for my old boss...

ohhh... I went to see the "Dwarves" the other night.... they were owesome
and there is a punk chicks band opening for them.....
It's called Applicator..... if I'm not wrong they're from Austin.
