The "Creepy Clown" craze that's been going on for a few months with weirdos in clown suits and painted faces randomly showing up to freak people out and reportedly lure kids into the woods has gotten a little close to home. Portland mayor is talking about banning Clown costumes in the city. Does anybody actually LIKE clowns? I feel like their only use is in protecting rodeo contestants, showing up to cause trouble for Batman, or having an enjoyable cameo on The Simpsons. Other than that? There's no place for you in the Portland area . The Clown Police have spoken. ☹
