I'm in Massachusetts with Kai's parents It is, if anything even colder up here and the snow is about 8 inches deep. The house is incredibly pretty, right on the edge of the woods and to me it seems like its right on the edge of nowhere. Well compared to South Eastern England everything seems pretty empty here apart from New York itself.

I don't think I've upset her parents yet and neither of her cats has tried to kill me so so far so good. Christmas day tomorrow and the snow should still be on the ground. How cool is that?
