A strange weekend. I didn't really do anything which is good because I don't have any money and I had a good time yet I still feel like I missed out. This is the feeling I have when I have had to make a choice between 2 things I like. In this case I had to miss the SGUK meet but I ended up round my mates house with lots of wine watching car crash tele (Katie & Peter FTW) giggling like an idiot. Sometimes it takes my head a while to get over the fact that I can't bend the time-space continuum and be in 2 places at once.
The choice I made was the right one though and I am going to appreciate the money I saved next month on my Grand Tour of the North. In the meantime I'm seeing Low on Wednesday and I'm stupidly excited. I've seen them so often now but they are always mind-fuckingly brilliant and it never gets boring. Plus it's in St George's Church which is almost as beautiful as Lows music.

I'm determined to make as many meets as possible, it just usually ends up being very expensive. Once I start having fun, it becomes very hard to stop, such is the inhibition-depleting power of alcohol
thanks for teh well wishes chick, i'll do my best to have as much fun as possible
