I made myself really ill with drink yesterday. By 4pm.

Yay for growing up in a sensible and mature fashion

Apparently drinking straight after football training in the sun is not a good idea. 12 hours sleep seems to have helped though and I was ok for work today.

I am not actually sure being ok for work is a good thing though.
