I'll be doing sound for a few TV gigs in your mother country this coming week: one in Montreal, the other in Toronto. Otherwise, I am in sound post for a short I directed / produced that came out pretty well.

Missed you being there, my friend. I can see I'm going to have to hire you just so we can hang again.

So you're moving into a more permanent place here? And are you getting your U.S. citizenship or some sort of residency? I confess to having no idea how that works for Canadiens.

Anyway, it's good to hear from you. I've been incredibly busy with sound jobs and I have a few writing / directing projects I am nudging forward as well.

We should catch up sometime. As a matter of fact, there is a Filmmakers Lounge event this Sunday in Hollywood. Try to come by for a bit if you can, even if just for a while. If that doesn't work, maybe a drink when schedules permit. I am working on "Alias" Friday (today), then have a few days off until I leave for Hawaii (!) next week for this show I've been doing episodes of. I will be busy for a few weeks straight, but will come up for air around the end of the month. I am looking for a new place to live also and hope to find somewhere by the 1st so I can move my stuff out here (it's mostly in storage back home).

This weekend. Have to wait till tomorrow. Last weekend consisted of lots of public places and little time. Though we tried to squeeze in as much stuff as we could . And then I was driving home from Berkeley at 1 in the morning by myself . This weekend, dammit!!
