small update [again]

work is busy. frantic even. i worked from 9am to 12:15 last night. its just going to be like that for the forseeable future. how do you guys deal with those kind of hours?

i work for myself, so dont get any ideas about sticking it to the man..

i used to bring in dvd's to the office and set up a TV and some good music. that helps. when i get really down i bring in flowers or a plant so i feel like im outside.

i eat terribly when im like this.
