spent the wekeend in denver - i'll paint some brushstrokes for yah..

THE GOOD:

flights were easy. burbank = fast and simple.
depeche was fun..i loved the version of 'everything counts'
front 242 was sitting in front of me. literally. that was kind of funny since i just saw them on wednesday..heh.
did a tour of a candy factory and coors. that was great.
the fondue dinner saturday night was fun also.

THE BAD:

i got sucked into a bit of the annoying drama courtesy of hte people around me at the dm concert. for chrissake STOP TAKING PICTURES OF YOURSELVES. yes. you are at a concert. good for you.

i slept in a bit too much and ended up seeing a bit less of denver and the surrounding area than i had hoped..

THE UGLY:

i'm on a bit of a downward trend with my gf right now. some of it is self-inflicted, most of it revolves around feelings, passion or lack thereof. i'm feeling a bit distant [er, a lot distant] and am holding her at arms length. that isnt good.

anyway, it was tense, close, uncomfortable and mostly just weird. i throw close in because for a bit, it was like things were where they were 6 months ago..but whatever..i feel guilty - like i'm not living up to my end of the bargain..still - i cant shake this.

anyway- i'm glad she came. i'm sorry i wasnt present for part of it [emotionally] and i'm glad she didnt stay the night. i cant keep doing this.
