So the Universe hates me. First off they pull the plug on Gilmore Girls and now I find out that they have also pulled the plug on Veronica Mars!!! What the fuck are they thinking. I mean I guess the CW has a lot more hit shows than I realized. They say that they wanna focus on some new shows they are developing: Gossip Girl, Aliens in America and The Reaper. Not that they don't all sound like winners, but can't a network have more than 3 shows? I think they are purposely trying to undermine the network and collect the insurance or something. Fuckers.

it seems to me that it would be particularly difficult to be poor in California as cost of living rights are super high there, right? it's tough enough being poor in a non-trendy state where our rent is less than $600 a month.
well, not "tough," but I imagine it would be harder in CA, where a similar apartment, I've heard, might cost double.
I have only been to LA and only for a few hours but I definitely found the fact that it was 75 in February quite endearing.
