I'm getting tired of living on this sand bar (Long Island) and working in this garbage dump (NYC).
Six months from now I hope to have all my debts paid (student loans, credit cards, etc.)
One year from now I hope to have saved up at least $15,000
I have a part time job semi-line up right now, all the money from that job will be put into savings, along with 15% of my full time job's check.
By January 2006 I hope to have about $25,000 in savings, plus interest.
I will line up a job somewhere where it is nice (not New York).
I will rent for one year.
By January 2007, I will have something like $40,000 in savings, plus interest.
In January 2007, I will put $25,000 down on a home, I will put $8,000 down on a new car.
I will work like a dog to pay them both off.
I will go back to school to become an ASE certified mechanic.
I will go to school and graduate sometime before 2009.
This is my plan.
