Yeah! Tomarow i get to cut up lamb chops. People say that cutting lamb is the worst to fabricate cus it smells so bad, guess ill just have to see. Did cook some the other day and stuffed it w/ olives and what not, kinda greek styl, it wasnt so bad, sposs dont mind lamb. But then again all my food is good even it i do burn a dish or too then i just call it cajn styl and its still good. I do lean to cooking ethnic or fushen over just the good ol steak and spuds typ of dishes. Oh damb i have to serve tables this week, oh how i hate dinning room! At least the seahawks won! Yeah!
