petite basque (french)

triple cream brie (french)
cabrales (spanish)
buttermilk blue (vermont)
a very sharp cheddar (vermont)
fulvi castelrosso (italy) {highly recomend, very complex}
cambezola (france)

and you would have shit a pumpkin at the amount of foie gras the rest of the folks consumed. they also had roast duck.
