Fantastic last few days without serious emotional roller coasters or gut wrenching hangovers.
Saw the Tom Cruise Samurai movie Thurs night and thought it was a blast. Plenty of nods to Kuroswa and awesome battle sequences, only marred by a shitty Hollywood ending.
Went out to dinner with Maeve on Friday night and home by 10. She also proved a willing 3rd party to finally getting G-Voz's hunks of meat outta my fridge and into his eager hands.
Met some really cool people on Saturday and played poker with 'em 'til the wee hours.
On Sunday, played tennis in the morning and spent the afternoon decorating cookies and eating chili.
And I'm taking tomorrow off to burn up some unused PTO and do some XMas shopping.
