I know exactly how you feel. When you are sleeping, at least you are not feeling like shit and the day passes without you, right?
I've been doing that for about a year straight now. It really sucks because you WANT to feel better and go do shit, but you just talk yourself out of it because you are feeling shitty. Well, that's how I am.
