Man I've been rather busy the last few days. Monday I had an appointment with a trainer at the Y and now I'm all official with a workout sheet and everything. I'm gonna do weights MWF and do aerobic the other days. I'm rather excited. Worked on Tuesday schelping building matericals for a studio. I delivered 1,160 LBS of tile....very heavy, bought loads of plywood...also heavy...and then got to help literally destroy a set....super fun and messy...also a tad bit dangerous. Filled a dumpster fill of broken glass tile and plywood. After work met up with some friends and went on a short mtn. bike ride. Very fun. Today I worked again doing whatever they needed me to do for the same studio. Nothing that exciting. After work, I worked out again and then went and ate Japanese food. It so kicked ass. I'm super tired and about to hit the sack. Good knight.
