You should see about getting a night guard for your teeth {yes it is a PAIN in the ass} kinda like the teeth guards football players where except this one will be fit to your teeth. My oldest has one cause he grinds his teeth, but at least then you wont have to worry about teeth decay as much : *( .Also try putting tiger balm on your jaw before bed, I know you have always wanted to smell like a mint all night, but it will help ease the strain on your jaw.
As for the boyfriend fun, Communication is key, always, if you two cannot sit down and chat then maybe go all old school and write a note, try reading one of the Love Languages books, sounds a bit corny but it helps when you know the best route of communication to use.
