i made a peach pie today from scratch.
i haggled for the peaches, i skinned and pitted the peaches, i made the crusts out of whole wheat flour.
it's now out of the oven and cooling.
i am totally amazing
except i'm not amazing...and i fucked the pie up.
i forgot an ingredient in the filling and it turned out to be a beautiful pie crust filled with warm peach soup.
bum out
but then i made pasta and got an e-mail from Mitten so i'm cool now.
