Another sleepless night of storms moving in. Golfball sized hail and 75mph winds expected with this one. Gonna get hit here in a few minutes. Not tornadic. Still always scares me, though.

One night in Arizona I got caught alone in my car in a huge storm full of tornado signatures. Scared the crap out of me. Among other things, it was LOUD. The wind was 70-100mph plus I assume. Tin cans, branches, and mud flying by nonstop at waist level. It was like being in a blender. Also, I had to have half the car repainted and half the windows replaced because they were pitted and dinged. The wheels on that side were really clean though!
