I figure SG would be the place to ask. I want to get this as a tattoo but am only willing to spend a certain amount. I am going to go and have it priced soon, but I live about 45 minutes away from the closest tattoo studio. (Which would suck if I drive all that way and end up not having enough money for it.) Those of you who are tattoo savvy, on average how much do you think this would cost? I know it's different depending on the artist, but I just need a rough estimate:

I want to get it on the back of my neck, just black and white.
