Today I avoided him by saying we had a birthday party to attend. I made plans to pick him up to go to an event at a local park.
I am SOOO not looking forward to seeing him. I don't even want him in my car. I keep wanting to tell him about the divorce papers and get him to work with me on the division of the contents of our storage locker. I have a list, and I just want him to look it over.
He seems to be ok. He's not drinking - yet - but I am still not so sure about his mental stability.
Wish me luck in dealing with him. I sure hope he doesn't think I want him back. I am going to have to be firm and not send any mixed signals.
He talked to the kids today and my daughter made a comment about all of the stuff we got at Target for our new apartment. He was a little put off by the fact that I am getting ready for a new life without him. Oh Fucking well. He had his chances, I am worth more than living like that.
I gotta go to bed, I need to get up early and be nice.
