woo hoo it's almost friday. i am hoping that this weekend is good. I am going to a friend's spa party on saturday (should be fun). I am supposed to drop my kids off with my ex while I go get pampered. I am so scared that he will try to pull something though. He is going to court on Monday for his 2nd DUI and will probably do some jailtime. He says he will do 2 months, but I doubt that he will get that much time.

He is miserable and I am sure that him seeing the kids will make him feel better, but I am still worried about leaving them with him for more than a couple of hours. I think I will try to discuss this with his parents before I leave the kids there from 11-3. They usually want me to pick them up within an hour or two.

Anyway, sorta stressin about what will happen with the court appearance, if he will go to jail or just to rehab. Either way, I will be working on the divorce papers while he is away. I hope I can pay all of the filing fees. I make too much $$ to qualify for the waiver, but with 2 kids and many bills to pay, it won't be easy to scrape that together.

Sorry for the depressing post. I have been trying to put all of this out of my mind, but it's getting close to crunch time so I am a little worried.
