I am bummed. I had to switch back to my boring old barbells in my nipples. I got some sage advice from a member that the jewelry that I got was too small for my giant nipples.
Anyway, I may just decide to pick out some cool straight barbells. I am not saying that plain barbells aren't cool, I have just had them for years, so I am bored with them. My ex wouldn't let me get anything different, because he was jealous and was afraid that I might feel good about myself (despite his efforts at the total anihalation of my self esteem through nonstop verbal and mental abuse). But now I am free, so I get to wear whatever jewelry I want.
I also want to get another tatoo, but my mom hates them. She doesn't just hate them, she detests them. I am 33 years old and I know that it is really my choice, but she is super old school and SUPER straight edge, and at the age of 70 i am really not wanting to piss her off that much. Another factor is that I live with her, so I won't be able to hide the ones that I want to get.
My tatoo wishlist:
A spray of stars on my right foot. (most likely to get this at some point)
Tiny stick figure angel and devil behind each ear.
Cover up work on my current wrist tat (it's got my ex boyfriend's name - from 1993)
That's it, but I will have to wait until my mom is scenile or no longer on this planet - and I don't ever want her to die, so that list may have to be put off indefinitely.
Oh well, I had more dreams about getting big fat bonuses and having financial freedom. I don't want to be rich, I just want to be able to afford school, clothes, shelter, entertainment for my kids and some nifty gadgets for myself. (new phone, new ipod, and a nintendo DS or PS3).
I am really grateful for the stuff that I already have, like I bought myself this laptop a few months ago and just have to wait until that's paid off before I can buy anything else.
I was able to plan a trip to Great America in June for my kids in June, so we are all looking forward to that.
