Calling the Districts Attorney's office this morning to find out how to get legally separated...

wish me luck.

I really just have to get this over with. everytime i talk about it with my ex he says, "I'll take half of this, and I'll take half of that, oh wait till you get your bonus this year, half of it will be mine!!!!'

THEN he says that because he hasn't worked since JULY, that I willo have to pay him ALIMONY!!!

The one thing that he should have taken half of a long time ago is the RESPONSIBILITY for his family.

Ohh well, live and learn, right.

That is the end of my bitch session for the day.

I love SG because it's my outlet for stuff that I can't say on MYSPACE.

I hope you get things taken care of with the ex. Oh and tell him that you probably won't have to pay him alimony. It's very very rare for someone to get it. My sister had to fight tooth and nail for hers and ultimately got it because A) she kept the kids (and got child support) and B) it was proven that she was trying to do something better for herself by going to school. And as soon as she's done with school, her alimony is also done. Sounds like he's being a lazy ass and just wanting to be a jerk.
My ex bro in law didn't get shit! Of course, he walked out on them after buying them a house that was falling apart and left her to "fix it up" on her own. (another reason for the alimony, he picked the house and then left her with it, so his alimony was just the difference on making the house payment after the child support)

Oh and believe me, I was soooooo happy that he chose to use the tape instead of directly on his face. I know, if he hadn't found the tape, he would've gone to town on his face. eeek

I'm glad it's not just me that cries like that at those commercials. I even cry when the happy ones are shown. D'OH!

Alot of people I've met here have lived here their whole lives. It's strange because when I lived in Seattle almost everyone was from somewhere else. I'm seriously loving it though. The diversity and acceptance of so many lifestyles and cultures is so refreshing/comfortable/still something I'm getting used to. You're lucky this has been your paradigm and that your kids are having such a great environment to grow up in.
