Hello!
I decided to do a wee blog on choosing my SG name. There are tons of SG and SG hopefuls and so many of them have amazing names! To be honest all of the girls have amazing names! Some of my choices had already been taken! (Great minds yea!)
I had originally started using the name cutest kitten Freyja or something silly like that. (Please don’t judge me!) but after a few days of thought and a wee little bit of research I got Freyja Anarkhia.
Freyja is actually my real birth name. I decided to use my real first name and really I love my name and wouldn’t change it for the world! The name Freyja actually means “the lady”.
Anarkhia comes from the term anarchy: “Anarchy is the condition of a society, entity, group of people, or a single person that rejects hierarchy” or simply put leaderless! Now in Ancient Greek anarchy was actually Anarkhia!
Now you see, I have a great love for punk music and what is punk music without it’s anarchy roots? Well it’s not punk without Anarchy!
So, there you have it! Freyja Anarkhia was born by combining my real name and a bit of musical passion ! Long live the lady leaderless!
