Why are people so miserable. I had an asshole call my store today trying to get the phone # of a store in a different city. When I told him I didn't have it and directed him to the company's website, he got irate and angry and accused me of just being lazy. Nasty and in few words, he told me he was going to make sure I got in trouble.

I know it won't matter because I didn't do anything wrong, but I still hate that feeling that someone can be so mad and take such a minor pithy thing out on a complete stranger.
