So there I was deep in the Congo with an old pair of cargo pants on, my jackhawk knife, a good pair of boondockers and a trusty old burro named Bucket. As sweat was starting to drip off my brow, I looked up into the canopy above and saw the monkeys flying from limb to limb as if they were making fun of us in some way. And then I started to think that maybe this rock thing was true. But you've heard this story a hundred times and I am sure you are bored already so....

Had anyone seen or heard of the new Reverend Horton Heat's latest band. It's called Reverend Organdrum. Pretty cool jams and good vibes going but I saw in the a write up in Vintage Guitar that the drummer was sportin an SG shirt. Check it.





Rock out with you socks out, as per norm. Oh yea, made it back to Virginia in one piece. Great roadtrip. Nashville seemed like a really cool place to hang?
