I appologise for not replying to anyones posts or emails...I'm stcuk in London with no internet...but I'm back in Oxford today for a visit, then back to 'no-internet-land'.
I had a terrible night a work last night...some Irish dude, cocky bastard, orders his drinks - no please, no thank you...then walks away and expects me to take them to him....at this point I'd worked a straight 10 hour shift - no breaks...so I was a bit tired, no feeling great, and bloody hungry - so his incosiderate actions didn't go down too well with me.
I'm not an agressive person, and I really avoid confrontation...but I felt I had to stick up for myself. So I said "Unfortunately delivery isn't pasrt of my job description"...then the bastard starts going on about how it is, how hes paying me to be there...I'm there to serve him and all this shit - making me feel like a worthless piece of crap.
He then ordered me to take his drinks to his friends at the other side of the bar - and honestly I would have done it without a fuss if he had of said please - but he didn't, so that pissed me off even more.
After letting him walk all over me like that...I decided to confront him aagain, gently, saying "excuse me...there really was no need to be so rude earlier"...he then started going on at me how I was rude and Its all part of my job title and blah blah blah...he then asked to speak to my manager. DIck!!
Anyways thats all i got time for...sorry its all moaning...people are dicks!!
