Intense day of work yesterday.
I am a producer for a French fashion photographer, and he was shooting a catalog 80 miles away from our studio. The guy that packed all the equipment was SUPER high while packing everything in to the truck, which is cool, except some how everything BUT the power cords for the lights made it in. So i get a call 10 minutes before they are supposed to start shooting telling me this.... they are freaking out of course, because it is a very expensive shoot that is about to get ruined and it took them 2 hours to get there in the truck when they left at the traffic free time of 7am.
I left at 9am and made it there in 40 minutes. I dont want to say how fast I was going, but I will say i now know the fastest my car can go. It was kinda scary but totally awesome.
the trip back took over 3.5 hours though... stupid traffic.
that was my excitement for the week.
