ok all the shit i went through this week was made worth it today. talked to a buddy of mine and got into combatives phase 1. a week of 12 hours of combatives training. jui jitsu is the main style. great for on the ground combat. did the half ass intro course before and it kicked my ass. cant wait til this shit kicks off. then i wont be able to wait for punch day. where the instructors literally punch the shit outta you and you gotta take em down. no punches pulled. ahhhh back to the world of fighting only legally. finally i get to let my violent side out. me soooooo happy.

hopefully i wont tear all the muscles in my forearm again this time around. course there is punch day. where the instructor pulls no punches, literally, and you gotta take them out. if you dont you fail.

starting in june watch for pics of me lookin like tenderized meat since i cant use street skills just what we are taught.
