Today, I took full advantage of having a day off, and spent the day with my godchild/neice, Abby, my brother, and his fiance. We went eat at the most authentic Japanese place in the N.O. area according to my future Japanese sis-n-law, the Sake Cafe, it was great, I highly recommend the bento boxes!! Then we went peruse the mall. Didn't get any christmas shopping done got Abby a few things at the Hello Kitty store, and bought Daphne Loves Derby's debut album, for myself, which as expected is a great cd. I need to build upon my EMO stuff to balance out my other punk. Anyone into Emo that can tell me some essentials?? After all of that we went to C&M a music equipment store for my brother to price a Tenor Sax, and the guy that helped us out was the lead guitar player for the Chee Weez, that was pretty cool, to see him. Then we rented Charlie and the Chocolate Factory which was awesome, amazingly entertaining. Then we started Princess Bride which is hilarious but I've seen it a thousand times so I left.
Have thursday and friday off next week will have to get some shopping done. So far, I've only got Abby covered. I got her the purple and pink BAM Margera board and a helmet, might add some more pads or a t-shirt, not sure. Still have 5 ppl to shop for. Oh, well take care everybody. later. CheeWeez
