well i'm here.....had to spend like a week looking after my sick gran out of the city...only just got back to manhatten..it's valentines and i'm completly alone it sucks..debating wether to go out in the rain to a bar..the only one i know of is the slaughtered lamb but I can't remember where it is..bollocks..thanks for all your comments and tips i'm just way too busy to reply..cheers 
Basically the type of music I aim to do would be crossover, some sort of mix between tool, a perfect circle, faith no more, afi and other stuff like that yet still rock to the likes of Motorhead and Metallica.
I play guitar, bass and saz but I aim to mainly be a vocalist and yes I am a girl but I have a rather low voice even though not manly (ie no evanescence avril typecrap) I record some tracks in France every now and then because my dude is in a big ass band there so I get access to the studio, the musicians etc I'll let you listen to some stuff I've done if you're interested
sorry for the long ass answer I've just been really keen on meeting people to form a band as of late!
