I know, I know, I know. I'm behind on catching up on SG: messages, posts, sets, comments, likes. I apologize and I promise that I'm doing what I can to get back to that point. I want to continue some of my recurring posts (After the Flesh, Tip Engagement, Four for Freday, etc.), too.
I'm solidly stuck in busy season at my work, trying to maintain my 1/4 acre myself, giving my cats the attention they deserve, coping with my business partner/dad having worsening dementia, trying to keep social, and everything else. I was forced to set down a few pins I was juggling, and SG had to be one of them. This isn't me whining, even though it sounds like it. Lol. I just wanted to let everyone know that I wasn't forgetting them.

This will probably last for the next few months, but I do have some scheduled time off coming up that I hope to utilize to cross a few finish lines, albeit probably not that gracefully.

Judging by the posts and engagement on SG right now, I feel safe in assuming there are a lot of people going through the same type of thing. Let me assure you that it is as okay for you as it is for me to step away to deal with life and to find the time and drive to play in SG. For now, let's just know that we are in each other's hearts and minds and we'll dig back in when we can. Now go get some sleep!
