Yesterday (October 21st) was the "International Day of the Nacho." In discussing it with someone, I felt I needed to make a post about Nachos, because why not? I don't have much content with this one, so expect a lot of photos. Lol.

One time, when on vacation and still married, we went into a restaurant that had a nacho bar instead of a salad bar and I just about cried in joy. It even inspired us to add a "Nacho Station" option to the Gourmet Catering Company we owned and operated.

And finally, the person I was discussing nachos with told me I had to dress up in costume if I was going to have nachos this last Friday or Saturday. I, instead, dressed up when I got home. I'm dressed up as me, 4 years from now.
