Recently, my friend @sophya had a new set come out: Princess Zelda, and it is a fantastic set. (seriously, it is great. Go to it. Like it. Love it. Comment on it.)
But there is something else I want to talk about with it: community support. See, I’m experienced (read: old) and I’ve been a part of a lot of groups and teams. One thing that stands out to me, here, is the overwhelming amount of support everyone tries to give everyone else.
Nothing manifests it better than when I see SG models, hopefuls and photographers praising and cheering each other on. It endears me to them so much more than a filled out profile (fill out those profiles anyways! 😀), likes or pictures. Seeing what could essentially be considered competition putting that aside and supporting, praising, and lending their help is the classiest, most professional and most graceful thing I’ve seen in a long while. It shows love and I appreciate it.
So thank you all for trying to be each other’s biggest fans when times are lean or times are flush. You refresh my view on humanity and bring me a sincere smile.
