A tip if your want to get out of your car payments and have gap . Step 1 : take your vehicle and some fishing poles to a local canal or any body of water . Step 2 : Let your vehicle roll into the water . Step 3 : call the local police and tell them that your car rolled into the lake while you were fishing . A guy puled this a week ago . Any time a car gets submerged it's an automatic total loss . People like to pull the " my car was stolen " bit . Lately if the police don't see any signs of forced entry the stolen thing isn't gonna work . If you try to fake your car being stolen your an idiot ! This method is much easier . Besides an accident is an accident . Right ? This guy was truly an idiot . He liked his truck but his brain was obviously on vacation . So there he stood with his fishing pole and cowboy hat scratching his head trying to figure out how this all happened . The "P" stands for park ! Anyway the lesson learned is put your car in a lake and don't lie about what happened . ( well at least take the blame for being an idiot or appearing to be one ) In return your car will be payed off . ( as long as you have gap ) I strongly disagree with insurance fraud
But , if your gonna do it don't try to come up with some great big lie that a couple weeks down the road you will forget . Thats how people get caught . If you get caught for insurance fraud it's a pretty big deal , or at least thats what they tell me .
