when I was about 16 some asshole told me never to quit a job until I had one to replace it with . I guess this is fine if you working for someone gives a shit and the pay was good . Then again if that was the case then you probably wouldn't quit . So if your in my shoes and non of this applies to you , does it make sense to work 90+ hours a week for what ends up being less than minimum wage ? I didn't think it did so I quit in hope of finding a better job . The thing that really get me is that the guy I worked for thinks he is paying well because your on call 90 hours aa week but that doesn't mean that your always working . This is true , however while your on call you can't do anything because someone will call eventualy and you have to drop what your doing to go back on the road to deal with what will morlikely turn out to be an asshole . Not to mention the bullshit you have to go through to tow a car for the 22% of $35.00 your getting . I'm buying my own rig so if anyone needs a lift or is to drunk to drive look me up .
