It's been a while since I've been here but I have good excuses - My computer passed away - I ended up having to get a new one - and I went on a winery tour up North, with a friend who works in the wine industry. It was great to finally spend a few days doing nothing, just driving around, visiting small towns, talking to locals and drinking a lot of wine - for free smile I even went to visit Hearst Castle on the way back.

On Friday night I went to the Ramones event at the Hollywood cemetary. It was really cool. I got there early and ran into Vincent Gallo, Rob Zombie, Henri Rollins, Marky Ramone, Rodney and a few actors from Rock N' Roll High School. I'm used to meet celebrities and never drop names here but this time it was special, with some kind of historic vibe, that I usually don't get when attending Hollywood's movie events. After that I went to meet some friends at the Cat in the Fiddle, on Sunset.

On Sunday, I spent the entire day at the beach, in San Onofre.

Oh and I'm going crazy, still buying concert tickets, this time for Lucinda Williams and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. I'm wondering about Sigur Ros, if they're worth the price to see live.

That's lame if your friend ditched you to go with someone else. I was in Mexico all last week. Really it didnt matter where I was, as long as it wasn't at work. wink

If you go to Sigur Ros, let me know how it is. I have tickets for Beck and Garbage over the next few weeks, but I'm thinking I'll only make the Beck show.
