I'm totally burned out like every Friday. Sometime I have the feeling to work at a zoo. I'm lucky I can stream radio all day. Thursday was especially cool as I was able to listen to Sonic Youth mini-gig and then to the Beta Band live in Paris. Sonic Youth was on Steve Jones show on 103.1 today. That was one of these unique moments. Jones is so cool. I remember seeing him playing with Primal Scream; he still has it. Thank god for 103.1. Finally a real RADIO in LA, unlike teeny KrapROQ.
Everybody keeps asking me about Velvet Revolver..Yes this is a great band in the making--too bad the Wiltern's soundcheck was a mess.
Fin du Journal.
PS: Anybody's going to San Onofre on Suday?
