I was just talking to my friend and he made me notice that I've been going out every night since last Thursday. I'm glad to finally be home as I'm like a zombie.
On Monday I went to see The Killers at the Staples and it was pretty lame. Not only was the sound terrible, but these guys haven't figured out that when you put up a live show, you should play versions that are different from the album. It was so boring that I even checked my e-mail a few times to get entertained.
Tuesday night was another story - this is what real rock stars are about. I know some of you have been wondering where I go on Tuesday nights, so here is a glimpse at what happens at Rage Against the Machine / Audioslave / Nightwatchman's benefit shows; here are some names that go with the pictures: Rage's Tom Morello, MC5's Wayne Kramer, Alice in Chains, Cypress Hill, Ben Harper & Extreme (lol) all on the same stage, jamming in a rather private setting. Life's good on Tuesday nights in Hollywood!
