So much has occured in the last year, the last few months, the last few weeks.

Here's just the last couple of months:
I quit my job
my grandfather is hospitalized
I work at my old job as contract work
I go on job interviews
I find out my grandfather has cancer, in addition to other problems
I get hired at a new place
I found out my dad has cancer
my mom and dad get married after living together for 13 years, 37 years after conceiving me
I move out of my apartment
my dad starts chemotherapy which is so far very successful

and right now here I am typing this from an empty house -- my house...

It's not over yet either. I have to get this house together and I start my new job a week from now.

It's all just kind of a big numb blur at this point.

I'm on the sporadic SG trip until I get home base put down.
